Players from the Seattle Seahawks are showing off their culinary skills preparing healthy school lunches with First Lady Michelle Obama.
Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman parodied his infamous post-game rant in the video.
“We the best chefs in the game, so when you try us with an easy meal like salmon cakes and succotash, that’s the result you’re going to get,” Sherman shouted to the first lady.
Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson and safety Earl Thomas also appear in the video as Sherman’s sous chefs.
Sherman and his Seahawks pals participated in the video as part of Michelle Obama’s Let’s Move campaign to help fight obesity in kids.
“I know how important it is for everybody to eat right and whether you’re a pro athlete or just a kid at school wanting a healthy meal, you’ve got to put the right fuel in your body in order to perform at your best,” said Sherman in the video.
“I couldn’t agree more,” said the first lady.
The Seahawks visited the White House earlier this month. The president was commending them for their Super Bowl victory.
