Petersen backs Browning as UW Huskies seek offensive answers

Most of the postgame debate has focused on the Huskies’ offense — specifically the decision to bench starting quarterback Jake Browning — but Heaps focuses instead on Washington’s defense.

“Tough week versus Cal, but the one thing still remains,” Heaps says, “this Huskies defense is for real.”
