Mariners adding new alternate uniform for 2015 season

The Mariners will have a new alternate uniform for Sunday games at Safeco Field beginning next season, the team announced on Tuesday.

The team’s press release didn’t provide any details of the new threads, which will be unveiled Friday.

The Mariners currently have four different jerseys. There’s the standard home white and road grey as well as a teal alternate that they’ve worn on Monday and Friday home games and a dark blue alternate that they’ve worn on the road.
