Monday Rewind: College Basketball is Back

After another rough weekend where the Seahawks, Huskies and Cougars were outscored by a combined 114-36, the Groz decided to fly all the way across the country to get away from the stench of the Seattle sports scene. King 5 Sports Director Paul Silvi filled-in for the Groz today, who is in Maryland covering Seattle University’s season opening men’s basketball game against the ACC’s Maryland Terrapins.

Dave Grosby himself called in to the show to preview the Redhawks’ 2010-2011 season, and whether or not they can pull the upset against a strong Terrapins squad.

Seahawks broadcaster Steve Raible joined the show to recap yesterday’s disappointing blowout loss to the New York Giants, by searching for positives such as the offensive line not giving up a sack against a formidable Giants’ pass rush.
