The Seahawks can make the NFC West division a two-team race this Sunday, as the San Francisco 49ers must win in order to keep their slim playoff hopes alive.
Safety Earl Thomas (top right) is familiar with postseason play, considering he played in the BCS National Championship game for the Texas Longhorns in January. The 21-year-old rookie has shined in his first season in the NFL, where his five interceptions make him a candidate for Defensive Rookie of the Year.
Thomas discussed how he hasn’t shown the effects of hitting the ‘rookie wall’ and how they are preparing for 49ers QB Alex Smith this Sunday.
