In a matter of weeks, Jeremy Lin has gone from a bench player on the verge of getting cut to the biggest story in the NBA.
The undrafted Knicks point guard has averaged 27 points and eight assists in his first four starts while helping New York win five straight games without stars Carmelo Anthony and Amare Stoudemire.
And in case you haven’t heard, he’s also the first American-born NBA player of Chinese or Taiwanese descent.

Update: Lin scored 27 points and added a career-high 11 assists Tuesday
in a win over Toronto, the Knicks’ sixth straight.
