Should the Mariners move in the fences at Safeco?

Despite the fact that the Mariners have played 15 more games on the road (37) than at home (22), the difference in their performance has been alarmingly polarizing. At Safeco Field, the Mariners have a team batting average of .193, worst in the American League. Yet on the road, the Mariners have a .257 average, good enough for 7th in the league.
