Stakes high for Seahawks in last five games

The Seahawks have what feels like a tenuous hold on the sixth seed in the NFC playoff standings. At 6-5, they’ll likely need to win at least three of their remaining five games to secure a spot in the postseason.
Last week’s loss to Miami dropped their road record to 1-5 and, according to Leon Washington, created a sense of urgency.
“You’re in the playoffs right now. You might not think it … but you’re in the playoffs right now,” Washington told “Bob and Groz” on Thursday. “Our goal is, we’ve got to take our show on the road. We’re 1-5 on the road this year — that’s not good enough. We’ve got to win road games to be a championship team, so guys know the sense of urgency that we have this week.”
