SEATTLE MARINERS

Hot Stove League Show

Dec 14, 2011, 12:05 AM

Thanks to everyone who came out to the Mariners Alderwood Mall Team Store for the first Hot Stove League Show of the off season. Shortly after the show started we were bombarded with Tweets and emails about listeners finding hockey instead of the show online. Never fear, the HSL like most programs on 710 ESPN is podcast so we have you covered.

In hour one we spoke with Jack Zduriencik who talked about the process of signing free agents, what positions would be open for competition in spring training (he threw an interesting name into the mix at third base) and what he could be trading for if he chooses to go in that direction.

In the second hour we chatted with new Mariner John Jaso and Dustin Ackley and found out about something the two new teammates have in common that had guest co-host Dan Wilson shaking his head.

The show moves into it’s normal time slot of Monday nights from 7-9 beginning next week when Mike Blowers will be a guest host.
