Matthew Hasselbeck came on the show today to discuss his journey from the his rib injury in San Francisco to the 41-0 victory this Sunday against Jacksonville.

One of the biggest revelations during the interview with Matt was when he responded to a question regarding his status against the Jaguars:

“Honestly, I did not know if I was going to be able to go. I mean, I figured I would start, but I didn’t know if I could survive it or do it, or last. I didn’t know if I could get to the second quarter.”Hassy got milk

Once the game began, everyone was holding their breath after Hasselbeck took his first hit. Wanting to send a message to Jacksonville, Matt bounced right up and returned to the huddle. This was quite the journey considering immediately after the injury Hasselbeck was being tested for things he had only seen on television.
