Brock and Salk Raid Safeco!

It was a fun day for the show at Safeco this afternoon. Our Pitchers and Catchers Report to Safeco Field Event was today and we really enjoyed hanging with some of our contest winners, and by hanging out I just mean Brock heckling Mike from Puyallup while he was in the batting cage…

Aside from said heckling, we also were able to talk a bunch of baseball while broadcasting from the visitor’s clubhouse, gotta love that!

We talked to FSN’s Bill Krueger about what can be reasonably expected from the M’s pitching staff this season, and specifically how good Ryan Rowland-Smith can be as the #3 starter.

Speaking of Ryan Rowland-Smith, the Aussie Southpaw also joined the show and talked about how he sees himself in the rotation and what his expectations are for this coming season.

And last, but not least, Jack Zduriencik joined the show after sitting down with all our contest winners for a chat with Brock and Mike. As always, Jack shed some light on his latest moves and how he feels a successful ballclub should be construted.
