Chalk Talk: A play to watch for vs. Tampa Bay

Dec 22, 2010, 5:29 PM | Updated: Apr 4, 2011, 7:52 pm

Chalk Talk with Brock is a weekly feature in which Brock Huard will break down some aspect of football. Whether it be a few plays from the the Huskies or Seahawks game or a more general football concept, Brock will explain it in terms an average football fan can understand.

This week Brock breaks down a play the Seahawks ran in the first half of last week’s loss to Atlanta – one he thinks they will use this week against Tampa Bay.

Matt Hasselbeck chose the aggressive option on the play, trying to hit Ben Obomanu on a deep post route. As Brock explains, Hasselbeck will likely look first for the more conservative options should the Seahawks run the play again.
