Lane, 27, was drafted by the Seahawks in the sixth round of the 2012 NFL draft, and has spent the entirety of his six-year career with Seattle. In October 2017, Seattle traded Lane to the Houston Texans as part of a deal to acquire left tackle Duane Brown; Lane later failed his physical and returned to Seattle to finish out his 2017 season.
