The Seahawks are a long way from healthy given the three former Pro Bowlers who are already on injured reserve.
They’re not as hurt as they were a week ago, though, when linebacker K.J. Wright was inactive because of a concussion and Bobby Wagner was limited by a hamstring injury.

Both linebackers are active for Sunday’s game in Dallas and expected to start.
Seattle will also get DeShawn Shead back after he was activated from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Saturday. The cornerback missed the first 14 games this season recovering from a knee injury he suffered in the playoff loss at Atlanta last season.
Shead is among the 46 players active for the game.
The players who are inactive for Seattle are running back Eddie Lacy, defensive back Mike Tyson, center Joey Hunt, linebacker D.J. Alexander, receiver David Moore and defensive linemen Nazair Jones and Quinton Jefferson.
The Cowboys will have Tyron Smith active for the game after he was considered questionable because of a knee injury. Dallas will also have defensive end Benson Mayowa, a former Seahawk who was limited this week because of a back injury.
Dallas’ inactives: receiver Brice Butler, cornerback Orlando Scandrick, linebacker Justin Durant, linebacker Justin March-Lillard, defensive end Richard Ash, tight end Blake Jarwin and defensive end David Irving.
