The Seahawks have signed Freeney to a one-year deal, according to ESPN’s Adam Schefter.
A seven-time Pro Bowler and three-time All Pro, Freeney has a free agent this season after playing 15 games with the Atlanta Falcons in 2016. He spent the majority of his career with the Indianapolis Colts, and also had stints with the Chargers and Cardinals. He has 122.5 sacks over his career, including three last season.
