In an attempt to cut down his weight, Russell Wilson has gone to the extreme this summer.
While it may sound counterintuitive, the Seahawks quarterback has bumped up his daily intake from about 2,700 calories to 4,800, all part of a nine-meal diet that was devised by food coach Philip Goglia.
ESPN.com Seahawks reporter Sheil Kapadia uncovered Wilson’s new diet in a story published Thursday, and on Friday he joined “Brock and Salk” to provide context and share more about what he learned through his reporting for the piece.
