The Washington Huskies have had some pretty good defensive fronts before. Last season’s College Football Playoff team was very tough. The 1991 national title team led by Steve Emtman and Donald Jones was one of the best in NCAA history.
Believe it or not, though, Brock Huard thinks the 2017 Huskies could surpass them all.
“This could be the best front seven they’ve ever had,” Huard said on the Blue 42 segment of “Brock and Salk” Wednesday.
In the audio embedded above, Huard explains how the return of linebacker Azeem Victor and improved younger players has him believing more historic dominance on defense is possible from the Dawgs.
