C.J. Prosise among Seahawks’ inactives in playoff game vs Falcons
ATLANTA – The Seahawks almost had a full complement of running backs.
But while Marcel Reese bounced back from a foot injury he suffered last week, rookie C.J. Prosise is inactive.
Prosise is coming back from a fractured shoulder blade, which he suffered on Nov. 20 against Philadelphia. He missed the final six regular-season games and the playoff game against Detroit, but resumed practicing this week. He was a limited participant in the team’s workout on Wednesday, practiced without limitation on Thursday and was declared questionable.
With Prosise inactive, the Seahawks’ top two running backs against Atlanta will be Thomas Rawls and rookie Alex Collins.
The rest of Seattle’s inactives: WR Kasen Williams, RB Terrence Magee, LB Ronald Powell, T Bradley Sowell, TE Nick Vannett and DT John Jenkins.
Inactives for Atlanta: WR Nick Williams, RB Terron Ward, CB Blidi Wreh-Wilson, S Dashon Goldson, LB Josh Keyes, G Wes Schweitzer, and TE D.J. Tialavea.
