ESPN.Com NFC West Blogger Mike Sando joined us on the show today to talk Seahawks. He talked about the hypothetical signing of Edgerrin James, and talked about why the Seahawks have potentially not let out an official word on Edge’s rumored signing.
Sando talked about what adding Edge would mean, saying, “I think it means they’re better prepared to play over a course of several months if something were to happen to Julius Jones.”
He also talked about how the other running backs the Seahawks have aren’t that trustworthy, making the point that adding James wouldn’t be a problem, saying, “As good as Justin Forsett has looked, are you going to trust him for ten games? Do you want to trust T.J. Duckett for ten games? I don’t think you do.”
