Seahawks defensive end Frank Clark missed his second straight practice Thursday due to a hamstring injury, raising concern about his availability for Sunday’s game against Atlanta.

Clark hurt his hamstring during Monday’s practice and is day-to-day, according to the team.

Not having him would be significant against any opponent but especially so against a Falcons team that has the NFL’s No. 1 overall offense and No. 1 passing offense through the first five weeks. Clark has been playing about 58 percent of the Seahawks’ defensive snaps this season, which is the third-highest percentage among Seattle’s defensive linemen. He’s tied with Michael Bennett for the team lead in sacks with three.

Clark’s status should become more clear when coach Pete Carroll speaks with the media again following Friday’s practice.

The more encouraging news from Seattle’s Thursday practice report is with defensive tackle Jarran Reed, who’s listed as a full participant after being limited Wednesday. That’s a good sign that he’ll be available Sunday after missing the Seahawks’ last game with a hip injury. Carroll has said that he expects to have Reed back. If so, he’d be an option to take some of Clark’s snaps in pass-rushing situations in addition to his primary duties as an early-down run-stuffer. Clark has rushed from inside and off the edge this season.

Reed was the only change from Wednesday’s to Thursday’s practice report.

Five players were listed as full participants for the second straight day, including wide receiver Tyler Lockett, who’s been dealing with a knee injury that has limited his playing time and production the last two and a half games. Carroll said earlier this week that he’s feeling the best he’s felt since he was injured, but he stopped well short of saying that Lockett is completely recovered.

For Atlanta, All-Pro wide receiver Julio Jones (knee) was listed as a limited participant Thursday after sitting out Wednesday’s practice. He appears to be on track to play Sunday.

Here’s the Seahawks’ practice report for Thursday:

Did not participate

• RB Thomas Rawls (fibula)
• DT Quinton Jefferson (thumb)
• DE Frank Clark (hamstring)

Full participation

• TE Nick Vannett (ankle)
• QB Russell Wilson (ankle/knee)
• TE Jimmy Graham (knee)
• WR Tyler Lockett (knee)
• RB C.J. Prosise (wrist)
• DT Jarran Reed (hip)
