The Mariners are resting Nelson Cruz and playing Robinson Cano at designated hitter in their 2016 finale, which will air on AM 770 KTTH starting with first pitch at 12:10. Coverage begins with the pregame show at noon.
Cano, who enters the game with a career-high 39 home runs, has a shot to hit the 40-homer mark for the first time in his career. Third baseman Kyle Seager (99 RBIs) could also reach 100 RBIs for the first time on Sunday.
Felix Hernandez gets the start on the mound in the one and only game the Mariners will play this year with no shot at the postseason.
