Lineups: Mariners activate Tom Wilhelmsen before Game 2 vs A’s

Tom Wilhelmsen will be available in the bullpen Saturday as the Mariners activated him from the 15-day disabled list for low back spasms ahead of the second game of their series in Oakland on Saturday.
The right-handed Wilhelmsen, 32, has a 3.20 ERA in 22 appearances for the Mariners this season after returning to the team from a short stint with Texas. He was placed on the DL on Aug. 27 (retroactive to Aug. 26).
In Saturday’s lineup, Seattle has Ben Gamel in center field giving Leonys Martin the day off and Jesus Sucre catching Felix Hernandez. Kendall Graveman will be on the mound for the A’s.
The pregame show begins at noon followed by first pitch at 1:05 p.m. on 710 ESPN Seattle.
