Facing a left-hander for the second game in a row, the Mariners are going with a similar lineup tonight as the one that tagged Rangers ace Cole Hamels for seven runs in just 1 2/3 of an inning yesterday.
The top seven spots are the same, starting with left fielder Guillermo Heredia leading off. Mike Zunino is back behind the plate and hitting eighth while Shawn O’Malley is playing shortstop and hitting ninth.
James Paxton is on the mound for the Mariners and will be opposed by fellow left-hander Martin Perez.
First pitch is 7:10 on 710 ESPN Seattle, with pregame coverage beginning at 6.
