The relaunch of the XFL professional football league is only about two months away, and on Wednesday it got a little bit more real with the reveal of the uniforms for all eight teams, including the Seattle Sea Dragons.

The Sea Dragons will wear an orange jersey with white pants at home, and a white jersey with orange pants on the road. The uniforms are additionally accented with navy and green.

While the four colors of the team are the same used by the Seattle Dragons in the 2020 XFL season, the new uniforms lean more into orange as the primary color whereas navy and green were more present in the previous iteration of the team.

See the tweet below for the uniforms for all eight XFL teams: the Sea Dragons, Arlington Renegades, D.C. Defenders, Houston Roughnecks, Orlando Guardians, San Antonio Brahmas, St. Louis Battlehawks and Vegas Vipers.

The previous XFL relaunch was short-lived in 2020, with the COVID-19 pandemic stopping the league in previous owner Vince McMahon’s second try to get a professional football league off the ground 19 years after the inaugural XFL season.

This version of the XFL is owned by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Dany Garcia, the latter of whom also serves as chairwoman.

The 2023 XFL season will begin February 18. The Sea Dragons will play their home games at Lumen Field and be coached by Jim Haslett.

Listen to Haslett on with Seattle Sports’ Wyman and Bob in the podcast at this link or in the player below.
