So what went into this decision to name Jackson a starter, and what does it tell us about the way the Seahawks are approaching things? Former NFL wide receiver and current Seahawks analyst Michael Bumpus shares his insight in his latest breakdown video for the Seattle Sports YouTube channel, which you watch at the top of this post.
You can hear much more from Bumpus, who also co-hosts Seattle Sports’ Bump and Stacy from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday and serves as an analyst on the Pac-12 Network, when he hosts the Seahawks Radio Network pregame, halftime and postgame shows all season long on Seattle Sports 710 AM and KIRO Newsradio 97.3 FM.
The Seahawks are set to face the Broncos at 5:15 p.m. Monday to open the 2022 season. Coverage on Seattle Sports and KIRO Newsradio will begin with the pregame show at 2 p.m. that afternoon, and the postgame show will go for roughly two hours after the game.
