The Seahawks kick off preseason play this weekend and there are no shortage of storylines involving this team.
Rost: The 3 big questions surrounding Seahawks’ preseason opener
One of those, of course, involves the offense, which will have a new starting quarterback for the first time in a decade as gone is Russell Wilson and in are Geno Smith and Drew Lock, who have been competing to be the perennial Pro Bowler’s successor.
But before Seattle kicks off preseason play, former NFL wide receiver Michael Bumpus breaks down the best thing he’s seen from the Hawks’ offense in training camp over the last week. Bumpus, along with his co-host Stacy Rost, have been front and center at Seahawks training camp and in his latest video breakdown for Seattle Sports, the former WSU receiver explains why Smith and Lock’s recent performances at practice have really caught his eye.
Listen to Bumpus’ full thoughts on the two signal callers either at this link, or by watching the video embedded at the top of this story.
For more from Bump, be sure to listen to Bump and Stacy from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Monday through Friday on Seattle Sports 710 AM, and keep an eye out for his weekly videos by subscribing to the Seattle Sports YouTube channel at this link.
