How do the Seahawks get ready for one of the biggest games of the season? A dance off, of course.
Seahawks cornerback Roy Lewis Tweeted a short video of rookie cornerback Richard Sherman and defensive tackle Anthony Hargrove participating in a locker room dance off after practice Thursday afternoon.
