Seahawks’ Baldwin active, 49ers’ Ginn and Willis out

Seahawks wide receiver Doug Baldwin is active for Saturday’s game against the San Francisco 49ers.
Baldwin did not participate in practice on Thursday or Friday after he was sidelined Wednesday with an ankle injury. Head coach Pete Carroll said that Baldwin would be a game-time decision. The undrafted rookie remains the Seahawks’ leading receiver.
There are no surprise inactives for the Seahawks. Cornerback Kennard Cox (hamstring), defensive tackle Clinton McDonald (concussion) and linebacker Malcolm Smith (concussion) were all listed as doubtful on Friday’s injury report.
For the 49ers, neither wide receiver Ted Ginn Jr. nor linebacker Patrick Willis are active.
