This week’s edition of “The Mike Blowers Show” included a lengthy conversation on the difficulty of a team moving on from an iconic player.
That’s the position the Mariners appear to be in with Ichiro, whose numbers are severely declining as he approaches his 39th birthday and the end of his contract.
On Monday, Bob Stelton and Dave Grosby said Ichiro should no longer be a full-time player.
