Seahawks guard John Moffitt says his knee is fully recovered from a season-ending MCL injury he suffered in November.

“I feel really good,” Moffitt told “The Kevin Calabro Show” this week. “I feel like I’m back to 100 percent.”

Moffitt injured his knee in Week 10 against Baltimore. He had surgery on Nov. 24 and says he underwent extensive rehabilitation all the way up until around the time the Seahawks’ organized team activities ended in early June.

Moffitt was selected by the Seahawks in the third round of the 2011 draft and started all nine games last season before his injury.

You can listen to Moffitt on “The Kevin Calabro Show” here.
