How much did Seahawks miss Winslow in opener?

The Seahawks had seven chances to find the end zone on their final drive once they got inside Arizona’s 20.

What they didn’t have was the big body and sticky hands of tight end Kellen Winslow, who was released a week before Sunday’s season-opening loss because of his refusal to take a pay cut.

Winslow had a workout with the Patriots but remains unsigned. When coach Pete Carroll was asked Monday whether re-signing him is a consideration now that Seattle will be without receiver Charly Martin, Carroll said “everybody is a possibility at this point, yeah.”
