The Seahawks will be without left guard James Carpenter and defensive lineman Jason Jones during Sunday’s game against the Vikings.
Carpenter was ruled out Saturday due to a concussion, while Jones will miss his second straight game because of an ankle injury.
Also inactive for the Seahawks is receiver Braylon Edwards, whose troublesome knee will keep him from playing for a second straight week. Receiver Doug Baldwin is active despite a hamstring injury. So is rookie receiver Jermaine Kearse, who was promoted from the practice squad earlier this week.
The rest of Seattle’s inactives: safety Winston Guy, cornerback Byron Maxwell, tackle Mike Person and defensive tackle Jaye Howard.
The most notable of the Vikings’ inactives is starting strong safety Mistral Raymond, who will miss another game due to an ankle injury. Tight end John Carlson, a former Seahawk, won’t play due to a concussion.
