Chris Iannetta, the hero for the Mariners on Wednesday with his walkoff home run, will get the day off at catcher in Game 2 of Seattle’s series against the Angels. Steve Clevenger gets the start in his place, hitting seventh.

The game, set for 6:10 on 710 ESPN Seattle, will feature newly acquired pitcher Jhoulys Chacin on the mound for the first time as an Angel against the Mariners’ Hisashi Iwakuma. Also of note for the M’s, right fielder Seth Smith is in the second spot in the batting order while shortstop Ketel Marte is penciled at No. 8.

The pregame show begins at 5.
