The Rams have a 7-3 lead over the Seahawks at halftime thanks to a tipped touchdown pass and a whole lot of pressure on Russell Wilson.
The Seahawks punted on their first two possessions before Steven Hauschka kicked a 43-yard field goal for a 3-0 lead. The Rams answered with a touchdown when Austin Pettis came down with a deflected pass in the end zone from two yards out.
Greg Zuerlein missed a 51-yard attempt wide right at the end of the first half.
The Rams have sacked Russell Wilson five teams, the most Seattle has allowed in a game this season. Rookie J.R. Sweezy, starting a right guard, looked like the guilty party on at least one of them. Russell Okung gave up another.
Russell Wilson is 7 of 9 for 73 yards. His touchdown pass to Zach Miller was wiped out by an iffy offensive pass interference penalty on Anthony McCoy. Wilson needs one touchdown pass to tie Peyton Manning’s rookie record of 26.
Marshawn Lynch as 66 yards on eight carries.
