Dae-Ho Lee is back in the lineup at first base for the Mariners for the first time since his two-homer effort led them to a sweep over Oakland on Wednesday. He and the M’s will face Houston left-hander Dallas Keuchel, who is the reigning American League Cy Young winner but has struggled this season with a 5.11 ERA and 1.57 WHIP.
Also of note, the Astros are resting known Mariners killer Jose Altuve, who has a .319 average, nine homers and 19 RBIs this season. Against Seattle alone in 20 at-bats in 2016, he’s hitting .450 with two homers and four doubles.
Game 3 of the series in Houston starts at 4:10 on 710 ESPN Seattle. The pregame show begins at 3.
