Thoughts on Tebow as backup option for Seahawks

Here’s what we know about the situation at backup quarterback for the Seahawks:
General manager John Schneider said Seattle is open to trading Matt Flynn, telling “Brock and Salk” on Tuesday that the team views him as a starter and that it will listen if another team makes an offer.
A day earlier, coach Pete Carroll told reporters that the Seahawks have discussed the idea of adding a backup with enough mobility to run the zone read should starter Russell Wilson go down.
That’s why some – including Brock Huard – think one option for Seattle is Tim Tebow, who is expected to be traded or released after a tumultuous season with the Jets.
