Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch practiced Friday for the first time since Monday’s win over St. Louis.
Lynch, who is listed as probable for Sunday’s game at home against Tampa Bay, missed practice Wednesday and Thursday with a knee injury. He’s coming off his worst performance of the season Monday, when he was held to a season-low 23 rushing yards on eight carries.
Defensive tackle Brandon Mebane also returned after missing Thursday’s practice, while safety Earl Thomas was held out Friday due to illness. Both are probable for the Tampa Bay game, as are guard J.R. Sweezy (elbow) and defensive end Michael Bennett (illness), who both practiced for the second day in a row.
Remaining out were tackle Breno Giacomini (knee), safety Jeron Johnson (hamstring) and fullback Derrick Coleman (hamstring).
