Sunday was for cheering, Monday is for shopping. It was shoulder-to-shoulder Seahawks fans during the lunch hour at the Pro Shop, the Seahawks team store at CenturyLink Field.
Everybody was searching for just the right Super Bowl souvenir.
“I got a Russell Wilson jersey with a Super Bowl logo,” said one fan. “Hat, shirt, key chains,” said another. “12th Man flag, baby,” said one excited fan.
Lines to check out were snaking back into the store among the displays and clothing racks.
Fans described the scene inside as “crazy” and “chaos,” but in a good way. And not as bad as the crowds following the Seahawks victory over San Francisco to win the conference championship.
