RENTON – Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch and tight end Luke Willson are both listed as full participants Thursday for the second day in a row.

Last week’s surprising turn of events showed that Lynch’s participation in practice isn’t necessarily a guarantee that he’ll play. That said, it’s a good sign that he has been able to practice without limitation on Wednesday and again Thursday.

Lynch’s status could become more clear Friday, when the Seahawks hold their final practice before Sunday’s divisional-round game against Carolina. The team will release its final injury designations (i.e., out, doubtful, questionable or probable) and coach Pete Carroll will meet with the media before the team leaves for Charlotte. However, Carroll has repeatedly said this week that Lynch is “day-to-day” and indicated that his availability may not be determined until game day.

Willson, meanwhile, appears to be on track to play after missing the last two games with a concussion, which he sustained in Week 16.

Fullback Will Tukuafu, on the other hand, appears to be in danger of missing the game. He hasn’t practiced this week due to a hamstring injury that he sustained last week against Minnesota.

Defensive lineman Michael Bennett was a limited participant Thursday after sitting out Wednesday. Bennett has regularly been given days off to help manage a toe injury that has bothered him for several seasons.
