Seattle’s newest franchise is the XFL’s Seattle Dragons.

The franchise’s name was revealed along with those of the upstart football league’s seven other teams on Wednesday morning. The Seattle Dragons will begin play the XFL relaunches in February 2020. The team will call CenturyLink Field home.

Dragons was one of five potential names the XFL reportedly filed for trademarks for the Seattle franchise back in June.

Here’s how the XFL revealed the Dragons name:

  • Seattle Dragons: Rising from the turbulent sea. Beneath the darkening skies of their weather-hardened home. Relentless, ruthless, ravenous. Not of mythology, but of muscle and might. Not of folklore, but of football. This is your darkest fantasy, in cleats. The Seattle Dragons. Breathing fire.

Seattle Dragons team president Ryan Gustafson said the team’s uniforms will be announced around Thanksgiving.

The team also announced that season tickets have gone on sale for the price of a $50 deposit, which is fully refundable. The team will start seating those with a deposit in September, reports 710 ESPN Seattle’s Jessamyn McIntyre.

The seven other XFL team names are:

• St. Louis BattleHawks
• Tampa Bay Vipers
• New York Guardians
• L.A. Wildcats
• D.C. Defenders
• Houston Roughnecks
• Dallas Renegades

The franchise previously announced that former Seahawks quarterback and assistant coach Jim Zorn, who was also a head coach in the NFL, will be the Dragons’ first coach and general manager.

The Seahawks, meanwhile, shared a positive reaction to the announcement from the city’s new football team.
