The Washington Huskies (18-4, 9-0 Pac-12) weren’t able to crack the AP Top-25 in Monday’s new poll.

In fact, no Pac-12 team made the list – though at just one spot removed, the Huskies are the closest. Washington received the most votes (135) of all unranked teams, followed by Mississippi State (133) and Auburn (128). Last week, Washington was third on that list.
They’ll get a chance to break into the rankings with their upcoming road trip. That starts with Arizona (14-8) on Thursday, Feb. 7 and ends with a game against Arizona State (15-6) on Saturday, Feb. 9.
The Huskies remain undefeated in conference play after a 69-55 win over UCLA in front of a sold-out crowd Saturday, and are in the midst of an 11-game winning streak. Despite critiques about the conference, the Huskies’ record marks quite the turnaround from the team’s 2016-17 season, when they finished 9-22.
