A six-team college baseball tournament, the Seattle Baseball Showcase, will take place Friday, March 8 through Sunday, March 10 at the Mariners’ home stadium, T-Mobile Park (formerly Safeco Field).

The hometown Washington Huskies, coming off their first-ever College World Series appearance in 2018, will be joined by Pac-12 rival and reigning national champion Oregon State, Coastal Carolina, Indiana, Minnesota and San Diego in the round-robin tournament.

Each team will play one game per day during the three-day showcase, with game times set for 11 a.m., 3 p.m. and 7 p.m. daily.

The Seattle Baseball Showcase will feature the first baseball games at the newly-named T-Mobile Park. The first scheduled Mariners games at the stadium in 2019 are a pair of exhibition games against the San Diego Padres on March 25 and 26, followed by a four-game series against the Boston Red Sox from March 28-31 serving as Seattle’s home-opening series of the 2018 MLB season.
