Baldwin, who was held out last Monday due to a hip injury, is active for the 1:05 p.m. game against the 49ers despite being listed as questionable on Friday’s final injury report.
As expected, rookie running back Rashaad Penny and linebacker K.J. Wright are inactive due to knee injuries.
