With both the Seattle Seahawks playing the Chicago Bears and the Seattle Mariners opening a series in Houston on Monday night, here’s where to find the radio broadcasts of each game:

Seahawks at Bears

Stations: 710 ESPN Seattle (listen live) and KIRO Radio 97.3 FM (listen live)
Pregame show: 2 p.m.
Kickoff: 5:15 p.m.

Mariners at Astros

Stations: AM 770 KTTH (listen live)
Pregame show: 4 p.m.
First pitch: 5:10 p.m.
