The #Seahawks are taking pass-rusher Dion Jordan off the PUP list and he’ll be active, source said. He was dealing with a leg injury but doing well.

The team originally placed Jordan, 28, on the PUP list to start training camp with an undisclosed leg/shin injury. The news was a blow for a defense heading into its first season without several Pro Bowl starters. Jordan was expected to be a major contributor along with fellow defensive end Frank Clark.
The report is an encouraging development for Jordan’s progress and an indication that the Seahawks believe he can return to the field sooner rather than later, since starting the season on the PUP list would have required Jordan stay sidelined for at least six weeks.
