ESPN announced Thursday the network will nationally televise the Oct. 5 exhibition game between the Sacramento Kings and the defending NBA champion Golden State Warriors. The matchup made headlines earlier this year when it was announced the teams would face off at Seattle’s KeyArena, which hasn’t seen an NBA game in 10 years.
The 7:30 p.m. game will be broadcast on ESPN and the ESPN app.
The game is said to be the last scheduled event for the building before it begins a renovation that is being made in the hopes of bringing the NBA and NHL to the city.

According to AP Warriors reporter Janie McCauley, more than a few big names are scheduled to be in attendance, including former Sonics Lenny Wilkens, Fred Brown, Slick Watts, Wally Walker, Detlef Schrempf and Gary Payton.
