The Seahawks’ pattern is being followed by a fearsome Rams team

The entire NFC West has been busy this offseason trying to catch up to the Seahawks, but none has been busier than the St. Louis Rams.
The Rams already seemed to have a bead on the Seahawks last season, considering they were one yard short of turning a 14-9 Seattle win into a 15-14 Rams victory. But all they’ve done since last season is improve their already fearsome defense and add weapons to an offense. It’s all very familiar — maybe too familiar.
As Bob Stelton and Dave Grosby of 710 ESPN Seattle’s “Bob and Groz” explain in the video above, what’s happening in St. Louis looks a lot like what the Seahawks did to emerge as a title contender three years ago, and that makes them a team to keep a very close eye on.
