The Seahawks traded back three spots from No. 76 to No. 79, adding a seventh-round selection (220), on their way to picking Green.
At 6 foot 4 and 275 pounds, Green has a lot to like in size and production at his position. He finished with 10 sacks as a junior in 2017, tying for 10th in the nation. He had three sacks alone in 48-17 Trojans win over Arizona State on Oct. 28.
Green won first-team All-Pac-12 honors after leading the team with 12.5 tackles for loss.
