The Mariners are 10 games into the season, and at 6-4 and coming off a road trip in which they stayed above .500, they have brought momentum back to Seattle for a seven-game homestand.

It’s a big homestand, too. The Mariners could pick up ground in the American League West over their two upcoming series at Safeco Field, which are against division rivals Oakland and Houston, respectively.
Add to that the fact that the Mariners expect to have Ben Gamel, Nelson Cruz and Mike Zunino all return at various points during the homestand, you can see how the M’s could continue to build momentum.
In the video above, Bob Stelton of 710 ESPN Seattle’s Bob, Groz and Tom looks at what the Mariners did on their recent road trip and what they could do now that they’re back home for Friday’s 7:10 p.m. series opener against the A’s.
