LeBlanc, a 33-year-old left-hander, went 3-0 with a 4.50 ERA with the Mariners two seasons ago after joining the team midseason as a fill-in starter. He moved on to the Pirates later that year and had a strong tenure with Pittsburgh that saw him made 50 relief appearances in 2017. He had a 4.50 ERA with four holds, one save and a .243 batting average against.
LeBlanc made seven relief appearances this spring before asking for his release by the Yankees.
